The Department of Youth Services (DYS) is seeking an experienced and licensed professional for the role of Clinical Administrator. The selected candidate will oversee clinical services within the agency's programs, including supervising clinicians, leading cognitive behavioral groups, providing or arranging individual and family therapy for youth, and staff training focused on client goals and program development. The position requires work within a secure treatment/detention facility.

Required: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, understanding of relevant laws, and data evaluation abilities.
Preferred: Experience with juvenile treatment, crisis management, DBT/CBT expertise, licensure, and skills in developing treatment plans and assessments.
Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with one late day (11 am - 7 pm).

Minimum three years of post-master's social work experience, with supervisory experience if applicable. Master’s degree in social work required. Licensure as an LCSW is mandatory. Travel may be required. Salary based on experience and qualifications.
