Job summary

Meadowridge Academy, a Meadowridge Academy program operated by Justice Resource Institute, seeks a Clinical Administrator to lead the clinical team for adolescents in a trauma-informed setting. You will supervise clinicians, coordinate therapies, and partner with the clinical director to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes oversight, collaboration with the admin team, and hands-on development of student life skills, with opportunities for licensure support and ongoing professional

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • LICSW or LMHC licensure required.
  • Clinical management experience preferred.
  • Background checks will be performed.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for transporting students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oversight and supervision of clinicians and clinical services with the clinical director.
  • Collaborate with administrative team to sustain a shared vision for program services.
  • Support students through therapies (ARC, CBT, DBT, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation).

Job description

Are you the Clinical Administrator we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic clinical team and bring an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

Meadowridge Academy is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Meadowridge provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.


We provide training in cutting-edge treatment models, such as the ARC framework, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART) and Neurofeedback Therapy . We offer ongoing monthly professional development through SMART and Family Therapy consultation. Clinical supervision is provided within a multidisciplinary team and we will help you obtain licensure if needed.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $69,000 to $84,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI Provides The Training So That:
  • YOUwill be able to assist in providing direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services in tandem with the clinical director for family and group therapies and unique therapies provided including ARC, CBT, DBT and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy modalities.
  • YOU will be able to work in tandem with the Clinical Director and Administrative team to provide a shared vision of the programmatic clinical services and to maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
  • YOU willbe able to create a safe and therapeuticcommunitybysupporting students in developingandbyrole modelingeffective copingstrategies.
  • YOU will help students discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more. Your day-to-day work will support students in developing a sense of self and provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • LICSW or LMHC required.
  • Clinical Management experience preferred.
  • Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
  • Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
