• Performs laboratory and diagnostic testing as directed.
• Screens and triages calls and relays messages to appropriate staff.
• Schedules tests and referrals for patients.
• Administers medications and communicates prescriptions to pharmacies.
• Supports patient and family education; promotes learning.
• Maintains logs and safety checks; ensures equipment cleanliness.
• Cross-trains for clerical and clinical duties.
