  2. Two years of customer support experience.
  3. Bilingual skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule patient appointments, tests, labs, and surgeries.
  2. Assist with scheduling templates.
  3. Handle phone calls, triage, and patient requests.
  4. Check-in patients and verify information.
  5. Support revenue cycle activities like registration and insurance verification.
  6. Collect copayments.
  7. Prepare medical records and input data into EMR.
  8. Monitor patient flow and communicate delays.
  9. Assist with billing and reconciliation.
  10. Perform general office tasks: faxing, filing, mailing, supplies, calendar management.
  11. Support department physicians clerically.
