Roosevelt University College of Health, Science and Pharmacy- Schaumburg seeks candidates for a full-time, non-exempt Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support the Physician Associate (PA) Studies program. The Clinical Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in the development of the PA program and supports the development and administration of the PA program’s clinical education infrastructure under the direction of the Program Director and designated clinical faculty.
This is an in-person position that reports to the Program Director. Core duties include but are not limited to: clinical site development and affiliation agreements, clinical placement management, preceptor and student support, facilitate and manage communication with current students/faculty regarding all aspects of the PA program; support data collection and document retention needed for accreditation; plan and execute events and support events for the PA program, as well as led by other departments in the college.
The salary range for this position is $62,000-$66,000.

Experience in higher education, healthcare or program coordination; Proven record of organizational skill and positive and effective communication both written and verbal;

Normal climate-controlled office environment is provided. There is a need to move between the office, classrooms and/or event space. Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling is required (typically less than 45 pounds of weight or pressure). Regular use of desktop computer is required, calling for frequent hand/wrist movement and repetition. Occasional travel within the local or regional setting may be required.
