Aufgaben

• Administrative responsibilities include assisting with prescription refill requests and processing medication refills per hospital policy.
• Obtains prior authorizations for medications and DME as directed by a provider.
• Screens telephone calls and records accurate clinical messages within the Medical Assisting scope.
• Assists patients and providers in completing documentation and paperwork as required.
• Cleans and restocks exam rooms and assists with basic first aid procedures.
• Upholds HIPAA regulations and follows safety and OSHA policies.
