Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in healthcare, familiarity with medical terminology, and experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. CNA or CMA credential preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• License, Certification, Registration: Certified Nurse Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient unit operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for patients under the guidance of the RN Coordinator.
• Manage patient records and scheduling appointments.
• Coordinate communication within the clinic.
