Job summary

Volunteers of America National Services' Senior Community Care of Michigan - PACE is seeking a Clinic Support professional in Lansing, MI. The role involves administrative and selected clinical duties under the Clinic Manager, including vital signs, room preparation, and assisting PCPs/RN. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Pay: $18.80-$20.67 per hour. Benefits include 403(b), medical/dental/vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in Medical Assisting or Certified Nurse’s Aide.
• Minimum of one-year experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have means of transportation.
• Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare exam rooms and patients for clinic appointments.
• Provide medical treatments within scope of practice as directed by PCP or RN.
• Schedule outside medical appointments and coordinate transportation.
