Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region | Colorado Springs, CO
At the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR), saving lives isn't just the responsibility of veterinarians and animal care staff. It takes an entire team working together - including the people who make sure every kennel, surgery area, treatment room, and patient space is spotless, sanitized, and ready for the next animal in need.
If you take pride in creating clean, organized spaces, enjoy staying active throughout the day, and want your work to have a meaningful impact on animals and the people who care for them, we'd love to meet you.
HSPPR offers compassionate care to animals, supports safe communities, and provides socially conscious sheltering.
As a Clinic Support Assistant, you'll play an essential role in helping us deliver on that mission every single day.
Previous professional cleaning, janitorial, veterinary, shelter, or healthcare experience is helpful, but we're happy to train someone with the right work ethic and passion for our mission.
This is an active, hands‑on position. You'll spend much of your day walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to forty pounds), cleaning, and working around animals, cleaning products, and animal allergens.
When you join HSPPR, you're joining a team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of animals and the people who love them. Every clean kennel, sanitized surgery suite, stocked treatment room, and organized workspace helps our veterinary team provide exceptional care to thousands of animals each year.
Your work may happen behind the scenes‑but its impact is seen every day.
If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, keep things sparkling, and be an important part of a mission‑driven team, apply today!
