Job summary

Overlake Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor to support the Downtown Bellevue Primary Care and Urgent Care and Lake Hills Primary Care locations. The role supervises day-to-day operations of Overlake Medical Clinics (OMC) services, plans, organizes, maintains and directs staff workflows, and collaborates with the Clinic Manager to meet patient care goals and budget parameters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Two years of lead or supervisory experience in a hospital/clinic or related field.
• Knowledge of automated systems and Windows.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of Overlake Medical Clinics (OMC) services.
• Plan, organize, maintain and supervise staff’s assigned work areas and direct patient care workflow.
• Implement and execute department goals with Clinic Manager/Director.
• Provide leadership and collaborate with health-care team to determine care priorities.
