Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience in the ABA industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patient assessments and family tours.
• Monitor patient and teammate attendance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
