Specialty Mission

As an LPN or CMA in our Specialty Clinic, you'll be a vital part of a compassionate care team, with opportunities to build meaningful patient connections and impact their care journey. You will work across various specialties including Orthopedics, Telehealth, Podiatry, General Surgery, Pain Management, Urology, Endocrinology, and Rheumatology.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within your scope of practice.
• Document care, interactions, medications, and procedures accurately in the EHR.
• Assist with assessments, vitals, medication administration, and procedures.
• Manage patient flow, prepare rooms, and maintain a clean environment.
• Support patient education, care instructions, and follow-up.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and the care team.
• Adapt to workflow changes and support team members.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Position Details

• Full-time, 64-80 hours every two weeks.
• Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current MN LPN Licensure or Medical Assistant Certification.
• Current BLS certification.

• Excellent communication and typing skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Experience with Clinical procedures and EPIC EHR preferred.
