Position Overview

As the first point of contact for patients, you will create a welcoming environment, handle patient inquiries, and support clinic operations. This role involves scheduling, insurance verification, patient registration, co-pay collections, and limited coding and charge entry.

Responsibilities

1. Schedule patient appointments accurately
2. Verify insurance and register patients
3. Manage co-pay collections and balance deposits
4. Support front-office functions and assist colleagues
5. Perform limited coding and charge entry as needed
