Qualifications

• Prefers 6 months to 2 years of security experience.
• Knowledge of standard security concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous security patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access points.
• Report safety and security issues to staff and authorities.
• Provide escorts to ensure safety within the facility.
• Assist with emergencies and coordinate with local authorities.
• Apply de-escalation techniques to prevent violence.
• Follow policies aligned with CARF/DMH standards.
• Complete security documentation and logs.
