Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas Inc in Pittsburg, KS seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the in-clinic care team. The RN will perform triage, administer immunizations, supervise Medical Assistants, and support care coordination.

The role includes patient intake, discharge summaries, medication reviews, and ensuring continuity of care. Strong emphasis on HIPAA compliance, documentation, and collaboration with providers.

Competenze

• Valid RN license in the applicable state or multi-state license.
• BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Strong documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Mansioni

• Rooming patients and triage in coordination with care team.
• Provide immunizations and routine in-clinic procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs and in-house labs as ordered.
• Discharge patients with education on meds and follow-up.
• Coordinate care and support providers in daily huddles and scheduling.
• Ensure inventory, instrument sterilization, and safety protocols.
