Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree Nursing or Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License.
• RN License in state where care will be provided.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 90 days of hire: For Medford Urology Only: Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification.
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and teaching needs via direct and telehealth/electronic encounters.
• Collaborate with the health care team to support clinicians and ensure compliance with standards.
