Job summary

Providence Medical Institute is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to oversee direct patient care in the clinic setting and to optimize patient care flow. The role collaborates with the Director and Practice Manager to ensure clinical and non-clinical staff competence and to mentor caregivers.

The supervisor ensures adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements while supporting providers in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS within 30 days of hire.
• 3 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
• Experience developing key relationships within an integrated delivery system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct patient care in clinic(s) and ensure care flow.
• Mentor and develop clinical caregivers and promote team concepts.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support providers and caregivers in delivering quality health care.
