Job summary

Entira Family Clinics seeks a Clinic Nurse to provide direct and coordinated nursing care in a primary care setting. You will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants and the care team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

The Clinic Nurse will perform patient assessments, manage medications, participate in triage, and support chronic disease management with a focus on quality outcomes and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Preferred clinic experience, care management and/or triage.
• Experience with telephone nurse triage and standardized protocols.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care following clinical standards and policies.
• Perform patient assessments, document vitals, and identify changes in condition.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures and treatments.
• Nursing procedures including injections, immunizations, medication administration, wound care, and specimen collection.
• Coordinate and communicate patient needs with the care team.
