Job summary

Providence Health & Services’ Journey Clinic seeks a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive ambulatory care across the lifespan, guided by the nursing process and a telehealth-enabled care model.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care, and educate patients, aligning with Providence’s patient-centered mission and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Registered Nurse License in state where care will be provided.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required on hire.
• Within 90 days of hire: Chemotherapy course completion (ONS approved) and ongoing certification.

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or,
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License
• Registered Nurse License in state where care will be provided
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Medford Urology
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
