Job summary

Providence RN Clinic in Oregon provides comprehensive nursing care for patients across the lifespan in an ambulatory setting, coordinating care via direct encounters and telehealth. The Clinic RN uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, at least 18 months of nursing experience, and ongoing professional certification; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or,
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License
• Registered Nurse License in state where care will be provided
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Medford Urology within 90 days of hire
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

Description

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Pay Range: $39.19 - $60.84
