Job summary

The CORE Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Gilbert Spine Center. You will provide general nursing care, administer medications, and support physicians during treatment in a busy outpatient setting.

Required ADN/BSN and at least two years of nursing experience in a clinic or hospital, plus a current Arizona RN license. The role may involve some travel within the community and shifts of 10–12 hours.

Qualifications

• ADN / BSN required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Current state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients in the clinic and administers medications per standing orders or physician orders.
• Maintains exam rooms and assists physician during treatment and examination of patients.
• Observes, records and reports changes in patient condition and informs the physician.
• Ensures patients with a change in medical condition receive immediate attention and priority.
• Maintains patient records and ensures pre-op calls meet protocol for scheduled procedures.
• Instructs patient and family about medications and treatment instructions.
