• Missouri Board of Nursing RN licensure required.
• If residency changes, must apply under new state of residency within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs; set goals and plan care including discharge planning.
• Assess, intervene, and reassess pain; use standard scales and document findings.
• Educate patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust as needed.
• Maintain nursing standards and participate in meetings, trainings and QI activities.
• Communicate observations with physicians, charge nurse, and nursing supervisor and document accurately.
