Mercy in Missouri seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. This role covers rotating clinic shifts 0700-1530 or 0730-1600 and is not a hybrid position, focusing on accountability and Mercy Service Standards.

Education: accredited RN program graduate; licensure in state or compact; BLS and possible advanced certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other unit certifications may be required or obtained after hire.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
