• Performs ongoing assessment, formulates nursing diagnoses, plans interventions, and evaluates outcomes.
• Documents in patient/unit records per health system standards to meet legal and quality requirements.
• Provides teaching to patients and families on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity, fall prevention, diabetes, discharge instructions.
• Demonstrates commitment to patient safety and ethical decision-making.
