Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a clinic or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant credentials as required.
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date licensing and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with minor procedures and provide wound care as necessary.
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Support care coordination by communicating with providers, specialists, and external agencies as needed.
