Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse for 100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, at UW Health Home Health in Rockford. You will provide professional nursing care in a home health setting, with on-site support and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Job description

100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. You will work at UW Health Home Health 2550 Charles St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN licensure from State of Illinois. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
