Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a Registered Nurse for 100% FTE at Charles St Clinic (2040 Charles St), Rockford. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, with duties at UW Health Charles St Clinic.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Illinois required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
