Job summary

CoxHealth's Ferrell Duncan Clinic in Springfield, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day shift. You will assess patient needs, design and implement nursing care, and manage patient records in a dynamic clinical setting.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved nursing program and hold an active Missouri RN license, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Day shift with varied hours and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state board accredited School of Nursing or NLN approved program.
• Current Registered Nurse License active in Missouri.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Provide case management as needed and document care activities.
