Job summary

Providence Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for an ambulatory care clinic. You will provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifespan, coordinate care via in-person and telehealth encounters, and support clinicians in delivering high-quality health care in alignment with our core values.

The role requires a valid RN license in the state, 18 months of nursing experience, and certification in BLS with an ONS chemotherapy course within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in state of care.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.
• Within 90 days: completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree Nursing Or
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License
• Registered Nurse License in state where care will be provided
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Medford Urology
• 18 months professional nursing experience.
