Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing training; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care based on practice guidelines and laws.
• Obtains and documents health history, vital signs, and risk factors.
• Executes prescribed treatments and medications and monitors response.
• Educates patients and families about health status and management of conditions.
• Documents data in medical records and participates in multidisciplinary care.
