Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy in Salt Lake County is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a collaborative, clinic setting. You will work under a BCBA on-site, minimizing drives between clients and enjoying teamwork, debriefs, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain with company support.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in psychology or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic under supervision.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET).
• Record and track behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Collaborate with RBTs and BCBA on client progress and session strategies.
• Participate in parent training sessions and team meetings.
