Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children in North Salt Lake and Bountiful. You will work 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision to build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Competitive hourly pay ($22–$27) based on experience, a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, and direct BCBA support. This role emphasizes teamwork in a small, supportive clinic-like environment delivering

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
• Reliable transportation within North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and surrounding areas
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for electronic data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session
• Communicate regularly with the BCBA and clinical team regarding client progress
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols
• Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested
