Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in Provo, UT is hiring a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in our Provo clinic. Work with a BCBA on site, debrief sessions, and grow with a supportive team. Competitive hourly pay and pathways to certification are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to get certified with our support.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Able to sit on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet for data collection.
• A genuine passion for working with kids.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following your BCBA's treatment plan.
• Teach new skills through play-based and structured activities.
• Record session data on a tablet.
• Support parent training so progress carries over at home.
• Follow behavior plans and safety protocols.
