Job summary

Ortholonestar in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform patient x-ray procedures and report results to our physician team. The role includes assisting with coordinating outpatient appointments, helping patients feel comfortable during procedures, and conducting imaging visits at the Sugar Land clinic with possible travel to Pearland to assist as needed.

This is a full-time position with typical hours Monday through Friday, daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state license.
• 2+ years’ experience in a clinical care setting.
• Must be able to lift or move 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic equipment to perform x-ray procedures, including surgical and portable equipment.
• Assist with coordinating outpatient appointments and patient communication.
• Develop daily priority lists to complete all scheduled procedures.
• Monitor radiographic supplies and submit purchase requests to maintain stock.
• Review x-ray results and report to physician team.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, physicians, patients and others encountered during business.
