Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties and supervise staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Orient and train new employees; maintain skill levels.
• Identify understaffing, customer complaints, and inefficiencies; take corrective actions.
• Model excellent customer service and professional standards.
• Support processes to enhance customer service and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Assist in revenue cycle management and supply cost control.
• Coach and evaluate staff; initiate disciplinary actions when necessary.
