Job summary

Gila Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Practice Nurse to ensure timely, safe care and to support physicians in a fast-paced clinic environment. You will establish nursing policies, develop care plans, and maintain high quality standards in the Office setting.

You will assess and document patient data, monitor test results, perform triage, and educate patients and families on preventative health. NM nursing licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Requires NM or multi-state RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in surgical practice or equivalent office nursing preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform comprehensive assessments.
• Review diagnostic studies and communicate results to providers.
• Coordinate procedures and testing, ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide triage guidance via clinic protocols and educate patients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and supervise staff as needed.
