Park DuValle Community Health Center in Taylorsville, Kentucky is seeking a Practice Manager (LPN) to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and coordination with providers to support high-quality care.

The role provides leadership to administrative and support staff, ensures policy compliance, and drives quality improvement initiatives while delivering a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license required.
• Experience in healthcare administration or management.
• Knowledge of FQHC regulations, healthcare policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of the FQHC site, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments.
• Ensure compliance with FQHC policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to support quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Supervise, train, and support administrative and support staff to promote efficient and effective performance.
• Provide oversight of patient registration and scheduling processes to support efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to develop and implement strategic goals and objectives.
• Stay current with FQHC regulations, healthcare industry trends, and best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
