We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our Pulmonary practice Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This role is currently based at our Salem, MA location at 55 Highland Avenue. In the fall, the team will transition to a brand-new office space at 194 North Street in Danvers, offering an updated and collaborative work environment.
In this important front-office role, you will help support smooth daily practice operations by welcoming patients, managing appointment workflows, answering phone calls, processing documentation, and partnering with providers and care teams to deliver a positive patient experience.
Clinic/Practice Assistants are often the first and last point of contact for patients and families. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle details with care helps keep the practice running efficiently and ensures patients receive timely, compassionate support throughout their visit.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable supporting a busy outpatient specialty practice. You enjoy helping people, communicating with professionalism, keeping details organized, and collaborating with clinicians and colleagues to create a smooth experience for patients and families.
