Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Clinic/Practice Assistant to support a busy clinical practice in Portsmouth/Somersworth, NH. This full-time role focuses on scheduling, patient check-in/out, records management, and billing support to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, coordinating appointments, and assisting with documentation for the care team. Must have a high school diploma and office experience; CMAA preferred.

Join our Physiatry team as a Clinic/Practice Assistant and play an important role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for patients, providers, and care teams. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.; 40 hours per week.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities. You will help keep schedules moving, assist patients with appointments and check-in/check-out needs, coordinate records and documentation, and serve as a key point of contact for patients and internal teams.
