Wentworth-Douglass Physician Corporation’s Wentworth Health Partners women's health center seeks a Per Diem Clinic/Practice Assistant to support administrative and clinical operations. Our team provides compassionate, personalized care at every stage of life in an environment built on privacy, trust, and respect. Services include obstetrics, gynecology, urogynecology, infertility support, and inclusive LGBTQ+ care. Schedule: Per diem, as needed, with hours ranging from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As a Per Diem Clinic/Practice Assistant, you will be an essential part of our community-based practice and help create a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient. In this role, you will help fill staffing gaps caused by call-outs, vacations, leaves, and vacancies. You will support daily administrative and clinical operations, coordinate patient visits, respond to calls and requests, and partner with practice leadership, clinicians, and colleagues in a high-volume outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, comfortable communicating by phone, and has broad availability between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You may be a great fit if you are also a collaborative, well-organized customer service professional who communicates clearly, manages competing priorities, and enjoys helping patients and colleagues.
