A leading healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support their practices in Massachusetts. The role focuses on front desk support, managing patient interactions, and performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced outpatient environment. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support both of our practices onsite. The schedule consists of 4, 10-hour days (Monday through Friday) from 7:30am to 6:00pm, with Tuesdays off.
These team members serve as the face of our medical group and play a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. The role is primarily focused on front desk support and answering phones, with a mix of administrative duties.
We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting.
