Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA is seeking an administrative support professional for the outpatient practice. The role focuses on scheduling, check-in/check-out, and general clerical tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
Responsibilities include appointment management, billing document handling, and providing EPIC-based scheduling and registration support. Entry to mid-level experience with HIPAA compliance is expected.

Performs administrative functions to support smooth and efficient practice operations under general supervision. Perform tasks that are related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, and check-out duties. Actual job duties may vary by department.
Hospital based ambulatory practice. Normal patient environments where there are some exposures to communicable diseases, unpleasant odors, needle, and blood products. HOSPITAL WIDE
Works within legal, regulatory, accreditation and ethical practice standards relevant to the position and as established by BWH/Partners; follows safe practices required for the position; complies with appropriate BWH and Partners policies and procedures; fulfills any training required by BWH and/or Partners, as appropriate; brings potential matters of non‑compliance to the attention of the supervisor or other appropriate hospital staff.
