Brigham and Women’s Harbor Medical Associates is seeking a full‑time Clinic/Practice Assistant to join our Gastroenterology team in Braintree. In this role, you’ll be part of an in‑office call center team that plays a key role in keeping daily practice operations running smoothly while helping patients navigate scheduling, questions, and next steps with confidence.
This is a full‑time, 40‑hour, on‑site position located at Brigham and Women’s Harbor Medical Associates, 1681 Washington Street, Braintree, MA 02184. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, either 8:15 a.m.–4:45 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Our Braintree location offers multiple specialties, including Gastroenterology and Obstetrics & Gynecology, creating a collaborative outpatient environment where teamwork, communication, and attention to detail make a meaningful difference. This position is part of our in‑office call center team, working alongside three other team members, with cross‑training opportunities to support front desk operations as well.
