Identify and addresses outreach quality issues observing for trends and resolving issues with appropriate documentation.7. Ensures that the staff is properly trained for specimen type, proper receipt into the LIS, troubleshooting of missing samples and orders. 8. May coordinates health fairs, employee screens, and low cost blood screens offered by the hospital or the lab. 9.
