Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a phlebotomy certificate, and a WA Medical Assistant – Phlebotomy certification within six months.

Qualifications

• Proof of High School diploma or GED.
• Phlebotomy certificate from an accredited school and/or on-the-job phlebotomy training is required.
• Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant – Phlebotomy Certification must be obtained within six months of hire date.
• ASCP registration is a plus.
• Six months phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
