Qualifications

• Proof of High School diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certificate from an accredited school and/or on-the-job phlebotomy training is required.
• Medical Assistant – Phlebotomy Certification from Washington State DOH must be obtained within six months of hire date.
• ASCP registration is a plus.
• Six months phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities
