HireTalent is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support daily clinic operations in Florida. This patient-facing role assists pharmacists with prescription processing, inventory management, customer service, and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have an active pharmacy technician license, 2–3 years of healthcare experience, strong attention to detail, and solid computer skills. Part-time position with potential for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Active state Pharmacy Technician license/certification.
• 2–3 years of pharmacy technician or related healthcare experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with pharmacy systems.
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, count, measure, and prepare medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and refill requests.
• Input, update, and retrieve prescription information using pharmacy systems.
• Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking medications and supplies.
• Provide customer service and assist patients with pharmacy-related inquiries.
• Refer physician calls, clinical questions, and medication-related concerns to the pharmacist.
• Process transactions and operate a cash register when needed.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and healthcare providers to support patient care.
• Follow established pharmacy procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
