Job summary

VytlOne is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a full-time role at the Callen Lorde Brooklyn location. The position offers an hourly pay range of $23–$26 and a comprehensive benefits package within Maxor National Pharmacy Services’ network.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience, PTCB certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months, and strong computer and customer service skills to support diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months (VytlOne will assist).
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience; HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred.
• Computer experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone and input customer information into the system.
