Qualifications

• Current PTCB Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.
• Proven customer service skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and handle customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register and ring up sales.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone and assist callers.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
• Work a rotating schedule between 8am-8pm.
