Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a DC Registered Pharmacy Technician for its Unity Health clinic located east of the River in Washington, DC. This full-time, on-site role supports pharmacists by accurately entering patient data, processing prescriptions, and delivering compassionate customer service in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a DC Pharmacy Technician license (or be in process) and be available Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 5:30pm, with the potential for growth within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• DC Pharmacy Technician License, or applying with licensure in another state.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail pharmacy.
• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services as per local/federal regulations and company policies.
• Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently.
• Provide compassionate and attentive customer service.
• Answer telephones expediently and courteously.
• Operate POS and ring sales accurately.
• Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and urgency during interactions.
• Complete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient manner.
• Think and act proactively.
• Demonstrate utmost professionalism at all times.
• Accurately and efficiently handle other job duties as assigned.
